| Customer Testimonials 1/01/2013 The Graphic Zone has trusted Espinoza Auto Repair with both family and business cars since they 1st open and I have never regretted using them. 1/20/13 Gustavo has been maintaining my 2007 Infiniti G35 for the past couple of years. He was a Master Technician for Infiniti in the past, so he specializes in Infiniti/Nissan, but he works on all makes. From the very first time I met him, he's been very friendly, straight-forward and honest about what my car needs and how I should maintain it. It's a bit out of the way for me to get serviced there, but it's well worth the drive. I feel that I'm getting superior work and better prices than the dealer. Most recently, my car was up for the DMV Smog for the first time. I took it to a local cheapo place and somehow it failed. After speaking with Gustavo a bit he thought that it was more likely their equipment than my car, and he retested and I passed easily with zeros across the board in all the emissions categories. I think those great numbers are partly to do with his great maintenance. Thanks a bunch, Gustavo! 11/3/12 So glad I found this place on yelp!!! Love this place fair prices knowledgeable...the owner is a great guy and provided me with great services as a single lady it is hard to find a good car repair shop with which I feel comfortable with. Above and beyond my expectations. 10/13/12 Gustavo rocks! I found Espinoza's on yelp. When I called to ask for a quote I got a good feeling from the guy whom I talked with. So I took my car in. Great service! Will be going here from now on! Thank you so much 3/14/12 They were quick and charged me half the price of the dealer! 1/3/12 I went here because of the great reviews and I was not disappointed. I needed a smog done and brakes checked. When I called to make an appointment I was told the mechanic would call me soon, Gustavo called within 30 minutes. When they checked out my brakes, they said it was down, but not enough to need new rotors. They could have easily told me I needed more and I wouldn't have known the difference, but they saved me a lot of money. Its hard to find a mechanic you can trust, i am just lucky enough to find him on the first try. Everyone there was very friendly and I will definitely take all my business there. 10/20/11 I found this place here on Yelp and I'm so glad I did!!! Gustavo is a great guy and he knows what he is talking about! I had my Nissan Sentra checked by him and lately my husband's Cadillac! HONEST service, great customer care and fair prices! I recommend this Espinoza Auto Express :)!!! 9/26/11 I was looking for a great honest mechanic for my Infiniti Q45 I had just bought used. I went to Espinoza Auto Experts and asked about getting it smogged and a complete detail of what work needed to be done to the car. After the car failed the test Gustavo gave me a detailed overview of what was wrong with the car. Gustavo and his brother where able to get the work done that was needed to get my Infiniti to pass smog. I had them do a complete tune up and other maintenance and ever since I've been taking both my Infiniti Q45 and my Toyota to the shop for any maintenance needed. They work on all cars, Infiniti's and Nissian's are their specialties. 7/12/11 I came here for just an oil change, its a little on the pricier side, like 45 bucks or so, but I do believe in "you pay for what you get". You go somewhere and get a cheap oil change for 20 bucks, that's what you get! I'd rather pay a couple bucks more to have something done the proper way and check other fluids in my car than save some money on a cheap oil change. If I really wanted to save money I'd do it myself! Gustavo is like a friend that I havent seen in years, although I've never met him. Very personable, and seems like a hard working & honest person. You know that gut feeling when you know something is right? That's the gut feeling I got from coming here. I'll be sticking by this auto shop until I feel something is not right anymore. They have COMFY couches, and coffee's waters in the waiting room, and clean bathroom! I feel like I'm at home! & my car is being taken care of! 5/31/11 Espinoza's Auto was fast and friendly. the price was great. They always seem to have good deals. i will only bring my cars to Espinoza's. 5/13/11 I took my car to Espinoza Auto Experts for an oil change. The price was great and the service was outstanding. I was impressed when the price came in lower than the quote I received. The owner was very straight forward and honest with me and with all the customers he was helping while I was waiting. By the way, the waiting room was very comfortable. It was so much better then most waiting rooms you find at Auto Shops. The owner is a Master Mechanic which really reassures me that he knows what he is doing with our car. He keeps great electronic records on his computer so I will always know what work was done and when. It's nice to see an Auto Shop adopting the use of technology to make things convenient for clients. I'm happy to call Espinoza Auto Experts my new mechanic!! 1/21/11 I have been looking for Nissan/Infiniti shop to service my 2002 QX4 and Maxima for years. Dealer was very costly. Finally someone referred me to Gustavo, owner of the Espinoza Auto Experts. They have been working on my cars for over a year. Great job, quick and with quality. Gustavo goes out of his way to provide great customer service. I highly recommend him. Best auto repair I have found so far in the bay area. 11/24/10 I brought my other car in for a Smog check. I called on my way to the shop and they were able to get me in and our in under 30 mins! Thanks Espinoza Auto Experts! 10/20/10 Clean new business center & clean shop. Very accessible off & on the freeway. Gustavo the owner is a master mechanic, courteous, & listens to his customers' needs. He does not hide things nor pad the bill., so expect honest & fair treatment. Espinoza was referred by another highly recommended yelp shop who was busy. Gustavo takes pride in his work with excellent attention to details others miss. Very well educated in many auto classes & factory trainings.
